Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experiencein ML/AI development, including LLMs and generative models.
Solid programming expertise in Pythonand PySpark, with experience in scalable data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraphor equivalent frameworks.
Solid understanding of ML model deployment and serving platforms(e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, TorchServe, BentoML, KFServing).
Proficiency in containerization and orchestrationtools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Practical expertise in prompt engineeringand RAG pipelines(embedding models, chunking, retrieval strategies, caching).
Experience with vector databases(e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) and similarity search.
Familiarity with cloud platforms(AWS, GCP, Azure) and up-to-date data engineeringpractices.

Preferred Skills
Experience in end-to-end AI productization, from experimentation to production.
Knowledge of hybrid retrieval/search techniques(semantic + keyword).
Exposure to MLOps workflowsfor monitoring, CI/CD, and governance of ML systems.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
