We are hiring an Academic Counsellor to manage student renewals, retention, and ongoing engagement. The role involves counselling existing students and parents, addressing concerns, and achieving renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student renewals and course extensions
Engage with students and parents to ensure satisfaction
Address academic concerns and reduce churn
Coordinate with academic teams
Maintain CRM/LMS records
Achieve renewal and retention targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as an Academic Counsellor or similar role:
Freshers with solid communication skills are also welcome to apply:
