About the Role: exciting opportunity for a CA Final student to join our organization as

n

an Industrial Trainee under the ICAI Industrial Training framework. This role is primarily

n

focused on Risk Management and Internal Controls, with additional exposure to Business

n

Finance, FP&A;, and Financial Statement closure.

n

The trainee will be part of a agile team responsible for strengthening internal controls,

n

testing ICFR frameworks, and supporting strategic finance functions.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Risk Management & Internal Audit (Primary Focus – 70%)

n

Assist in planning and executing internal audits across business functions.

n

Participate in operational audits and compliance reviews.

n

Assist in walkthroughs and testing of controls as part of Internal Controls over Financial

n

PRaerptoirctiipnagt e(IiCnFRi)d.entifying control gaps and developing remediation plans.

n

Work closely with different departments to assess process-level risks and recommend

n





Business Finance & FP&A; (Exposure to learn – 20%)

n

Assist in preparing monthly MIS, dashboards, and business performance reports.

n

Contribute to budgeting and forecasting exercises across business units.

n

Perform Unit economics analysis, margin tracking, and support decision-making models.

n

Financial Reporting & Closure Support (Exposure to learn – 10%)

n

Support the team in monthly and annual closing processes.

n

Coordinate with the external audit team for schedule preparations and audit queries.

n

Desired Candidate Profile:

n

1-CA Final student eligible for industrial training as per ICAI regulations.

n

2-Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, auditing, and internal controls.

n

3-Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Oracle (Netsuite) is a plus).

n

4-Hands-on exposure to Internal Audit methodologies and ICFR testing framew
