Job Description: Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant & Administrative Support (Immediate Priority)

* Monitor and flag important emails, meetings, and deadlines

* Track and follow up on sales proposals sent to prospective clients

* Prepare and send client invoices

* Record and track invoice payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

* Maintain organized records of client communications and transactions

* Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation

Marketing & Social Media Support (Longer-Term Focus)

* Create social media posts promoting webinars, events, and published articles

* Assist with scheduling and publishing content on professional platforms such as LinkedIn

* Repurpose articles and written content into social media posts

* Help maintain a consistent online presence for the business

Email Marketing Support

* Assist with email marketing campaigns

* Format and distribute newsletters or promotional emails





* Support email list management and marketing automation

* Coordinate follow-up communications related to webinars and events

Event & Webinar Promotion

* Create marketing posts and announcements for upcoming webinars and speaking engagements

* Assist with promoting educational content and resources

* Coordinate follow-up communication after webinars or events

Required Skills

* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant

* Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar invoicing tools

* Experience supporting administrative and operational business tasks

* Strong written English communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

* Robust organizational and attention-to-detail skills

Salary- 20-22k (4 hours)
