We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement / Technology Hardware Procurement professional with solid experience in Strategic Sourcing and Team Handling. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, driving sourcing initiatives, negotiating with suppliers and leading procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT/Technology Hardware procurement and strategic sourcing activities.
Handle end-to-end procurement lifecycle including RFQ, RFP, e-RFx, evaluation, negotiation and contracting.
Manage and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost savings and value.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements.
Conduct supplier evaluation, spend analysis and identify sourcing opportunities.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.
Lead and support the procurement team, including work allocation, performance monitoring, guidance and escalation management.
Partner with IT, Business, Legal, Risk and other stakeholders on procurement initiatives.
Drive cost savings, cost avoidance and process improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present sourcing updates, reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage multiple sourcing projects in a rapid-paced workplace.
