Key Responsibilities:
Design & Execution- Planning and overseeing residential & commercial building projects.
Detail Drawings & Documentation - Creating architectural, structural, and technical drawings.
MEP Coordination - Preparing detailed electrical, plumbing, and MEP service layouts.
Structural & Architectural Drawings - Ensuring compliance with design standards and codes.
Technical Drawing & Estimation - Preparing BOQ, cost estimation, and material planning.
In office Execution - Coordinating with contractors,



engineers, and vendors to ensure quality execution.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
B. Arch degree is a must:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques & project execution

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
