We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor sourcing and negotiation
Purchase of construction materials and site requirements
Price comparison and cost control
Preparing purchase orders and maintaining records
Coordinating with site, stores, and accounts teams
Ensuring timely delivery of materials

Requirements:
2 to 5 years of purchase/procurement experience
Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full time
Work Location: Office-based

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
