ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design visually appealing social media posts for marketing and branding campaigns.
Create flyers, brochures, banners, icons, and logos as per project and brand requirements.
Develop creative assets for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms.
Handle video editing for promotional videos, reels, presentations, and social media content.
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
Adapt designs for multiple formats while maintaining quality and brand standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of all creative tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layouts, typography, and color theory.
Hands-on experience in:
Social Media Post Designing




Flyer & Brochure Designing
Logo, Banner & Icon Designing
Video Editing
Ability to design creatives for IT industry projects, including websites and digital products.
Creative thinking with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace.

TOOL KNOWLEDGE
Proficiency in all major graphic designing and video editing tools, such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
Canva, Figma, or similar tools
Ability to quickly adapt to current tools and technologies as required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years of skilled experience as a Graphic Designer
Experience working with IT companies, digital agencies, or software-based projects is a plus
