Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer support, service requests, or technical assistance via voice or non-voice channels (Email/Chat).
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality service standards.
Document customer interactions accurately in the internal database or CRM systems.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly productivity and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum High School Graduate (12th Pass) / Undergraduates / Graduate
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant international BPO experience are also encouraged.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, active listening, and basic computer navigation skills.
Work Shift: Willingness to work in flexible / rotational shifts (including night shifts) aligned with international business hours.

Salary &





Compensation Package
Freshers: 18,000 to 25,000 In-Hand salary per month.
Experienced Candidates: 25,000 to Upto 40,000 In-Hand salary per month (commensurate with previous experience and interview performance).
Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives and bonuses over and above the fixed salary.
