Job Summary:
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of professional spa services to employees within a corporate setting. Your role is to promote relaxation, physical well-being, and stress relief through high-quality treatments while maintaining a clean, calm, and professional workspace. You will play a key role in enhancing employee wellness and supporting company wellness initiatives.
Daily Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform a range of massage therapies and spa treatments as per scheduled appointments (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy).
Conduct brief consultations to understand client needs and customize treatments accordingly.
Prepare and maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area before and after each session.
Maintain a professional, calm, and respectful approach while interacting with clients.
Keep straightforward and confidential records of treatments and client feedback as per company policy.
Manage your time efficiently and adhere to the daily appointment schedule.
Assist in wellness activities or health drives organized by the company, when required.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of products, towels, and equipment.
Follow all company protocols related to hygiene, dress code, and professional behavior.
