Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end S2P project plan, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
Lead procurement transformation initiatives across Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and TPRM functions.
Coordinate system configuration, testing, integration, and validation activities across PeopleSoft, Aravo, and Zip platforms.
Drive vendor master data migration, mapping, and cleansing activities in collaboration with business and data teams.
Manage UAT planning, execution, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively and ensure timely resolution.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and steering committee updates.
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and project presentations for senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, AP,



Vendor Management, IT, and Data teams.
Support organizational change management, user training, and adoption of current S2P processes and tools.
