Key Responsibilities
General Repairs: Fix plumbing leaks, repair broken furniture, patch drywall, and paint walls.
System Maintenance: Check and service electrical systems, lighting, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units.
Preventative Care: Inspect machinery, guest rooms, and public spaces routinely to stop breakdowns before they happen.
Guest Service: Respond quickly and politely to repair requests called in by guests or staff.
Safety Checks: Keep detailed logs of repairs, test pool chemicals, and follow safety rules.
