Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality teaching, research, and mentorship in the field of Marketing and Marketing Analytics, contributing to the overall academic excellence and industry engagement of Master School of Management, Meerut.

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Marketing and Marketing Analytics (e.g., Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Services Marketing, Marketing Research, Data-Driven Marketing).
Develop innovative teaching methods, case studies, and analytics-based projects to enhance student learning.
Guide students in internships, live projects, dissertations, and data analysis assignments.
Conduct and publish research in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
Participate in curriculum design, review, and quality enhancement initiatives, especially in areas of digital and analytical marketing.
Collaborate with industry partners for guest lectures, workshops, and consultancy assignments.
Support institutional initiatives related to accreditation, ranking, and career development.




Contribute to departmental and institutional committees and events.

Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Marketing/Management with UGC-NET qualification (mandatory).
Ph.D. in Marketing or related field (preferred/mandatory as per UGC norms).
Proven research and publication record in reputed journals.
Relevant teaching or industry experience in Marketing or Marketing Analytics will be an added advantage.

Desirable Skills
Proficiency in marketing analytics, digital marketing tools, and CRM software.
Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python).
Strong understanding of market research techniques and consumer insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to integrate real-world business cases and simulations in teaching.
