Job Title: Senior Data Engineer – Data Analytics

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer – Data Analytics to lead the organization’s analytics strategy and enable data driven decision making across the enterprise.

n

This role will drive advanced analytics and BI initiatives, partner with business and IT leaders, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant analytics solutions.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Define and execute the enterprise data analytics and BI strategy
n
- Lead and develop a team of data analysts and BI developers
n
- Oversee dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics solutions
n
- Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools
n
- Partner with IT on data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud platforms
n
- Establish data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks
n
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver business impact
n




- Manage analytics budget, tools, and vendor relationships
n

n

Required Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
n
- Master’s degree (MBA / MS in Analytics) preferred
n

n

n

Experience & Skills:

n

n
- 10+ years in data analytics, BI, or data management
n
- 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role
n
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
n
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data modelling.
n
- Proficiency in SQL and cloud/on prem data platforms
n
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
n
