We are seeking a Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing Digital Marketing courses. The role involves counselling students, explaining course offerings, handling inquiries, and supporting enrollments while maintaining high levels of student satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working specialists on Digital Marketing course
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions
Clearly explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, and career opportunities
Address student concerns related to placements, internships, and learning outcomes
Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for batch details and schedules
Provide pre
and post-admission support
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students
Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and career counselling sessions





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Education, or Business preferred) and Higher.
Experience as a Student Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, or Sales Executive (education sector preferred) will be added advantage.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to convince, negotiate, and close admissions
Comfortable using MS Office and communication tools
