Role Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Sales Executive to engage with customers, understand their requirements, and drive sales through excellent customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls
Build solid relationships with customers
Identify sales prospects and upsell/cross-sell products
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
Maintain customer records and follow-up regularly
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Eligibility & Skills:
Working days: Monday to Saturday (9 AM - 6 PM)
3 rounds of interview (HR, Skill Test, Ops Round)
Training for 15 days
Immediate joining available
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
