Physical Education Instruction
Plan and conduct physical education classes for girls as per the school curriculum.
Teach fitness exercises, athletics, yoga, aerobics, drills, and team games.
Develop students’ physical fitness, coordination, endurance, and flexibility.
Ensure activities are age-appropriate, inclusive, and skill-based.
Sports Training & Coaching
Coach students in indoor and outdoor sports.
Identify and train talented students for inter-school, district, state, and national-level competitions.
Organize regular practice sessions and fitness programs.
Encourage participation in sports and physical activities.
Safety, Health & Wellbeing
Ensure student safety during all physical activities.
Provide guidance on warm-ups, cool-downs, posture, and injury prevention.
Offer basic first aid when required and report injuries promptly.
Promote health, hygiene, nutrition, and wellness awareness, especially for adolescent girls.
Student Supervision & Discipline
Maintain discipline and fair play during PE periods, sports events,



and practice sessions.
Supervise students in playgrounds, gymnasiums, and sports areas.
Encourage teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.
Events & Sports Management
Organize and manage sports day, annual athletic meets, yoga day, and fitness events.
Prepare teams for march-past, drills, and displays.
Assist in conducting intra-school and inter-school tournaments.
Coordinate with other staff for event planning and execution.
Assessment & Record Keeping
Assess students’ physical fitness, skills, and participation.
Maintain records of attendance, performance, and achievements.
Prepare reports and submit documentation as required by school authorities.
Equipment & Facility Management
Maintain and monitor sports equipment and facilities.
Ensure proper storage, usage, and inventory of sports materials.
