Screen and shortlist profiles as per business requirements.
Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leader
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline
1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Ability to handle high-volume/bulk hiring requirements within strict timelines
