Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming materials (steel, bolts, paints, consumables, etc.) as per PO and GRN
Maintain proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials as per safety standards
Issue materials to production / site as per authorized requisitions
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP / SAP / Excel
Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA/QC, and Accounts departments
Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices for materials
Handle scrap, returnable, and non-moving inventory
Maintain documentation: GRN, MRN, Issue Slips, Challans, Stock Registers
Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance in store area
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
