We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to support our online jewelry business across multiple platforms and ensure customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Product Listings: Assist in uploading and updating product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock) across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, and the company website.
Image & Content Support: Coordinate with photography and design teams for high-quality product images and accurate descriptions.
Inventory Updates: Help monitor stock levels and update availability across online platforms.
Order Management: Support order processing, tracking, packaging coordination, and timely dispatch of products.
Customer Support: Assist in handling customer queries, reviews, complaints, and return requests with professionalism.
Sales Campaigns: Help execute online offers, festive promotions,



and marketing campaigns.
SEO & Optimization: Ensure listings are optimized for better search visibility and conversions.
Reporting: Prepare basic sales reports and support the e-commerce team with insights on product performance.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on jewelry trends, competitor pricing, and e-commerce best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or retail.
Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Shopify).
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and reporting.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and an eye for product presentation.
