BASU Classes is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures.
Handle offer, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri/LinkedIn preferred.
Solid follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Immediate joiners/short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
