– HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to join our Bangalore office. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related HR data.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries, and general concerns.
Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR-related documents.
Follow up with candidates and employees regarding pending documents and joining formalities.




Assist in payroll-related activities and provide necessary attendance/HR inputs.
Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work setting.
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or any relevant HR-related qualification.
Good knowledge of recruitment and general HR processes.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with different departments.

Preferred
Experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, Consultancy, or Project-based organizations will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in technical recruitment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
