Key Responsibilities:
Supporting due diligence programs for customer through due diligence on vendors or customers as outlined.
Maintaining, executing and implementing the daily processes as per team’s and project’s SOPs.
Review the verified information such as company’s registration details from relevant questionnaires during onboarding and risk assessment workflows.
Review the solution response and check for any screening matches - Sanctions, watchlists or adverse media findings.
Adjudicate the relevant matches by identifying false positives.
Check the alerts or monitoring screening matches daily for portfolio records and notify the relevant compliance stakeholders.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Ensure fulfilment based on SLAs for current onboardings and existing routine risk assessments.
Maintain the MISes outlined along with any performance reporting expected. Create Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports periodically as required by the management.
Ensure process adherence at all times for error free timely delivery of projects.
Cohesively collaborate with with other team members across the company.
Works under the direct supervision of the Team Leader.
Key Requirements:
Graduate or post-graduation with 1 year of relevant experience.
Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate setting.
Well versed with Sanctions, watchlists, AML and PEP regulations as an operational executive and must have worked in relevant processes
Have a fundamental understanding of financial data, due diligence processes and risk analysis
Create an workplace of trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team efforts.
