Role & responsibilities :
Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with strong HRBP exposure
Level: AM
Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad
HRBP experience: Should have experience in handling end-to-end HR responsibilities for a business/function, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial workplace.
Core HR: Solid understanding of employee relations, performance management, talent management, engagement and other HR processes.
Stakeholder management: Strong ability to work with business leaders and manage multiple stakeholders.
Candidates based in or around Hyderabad/ Patancheru will be preferred
Candidates with a secure career history and reasonable tenure in previous roles will be preferred

Preferred candidate profile : MBA in HRM from reupdated institute Industry Background from Cement, Mines, Building Materials, Steel, Heavy Manufacturing
