To provide HR solutions across employee lifecycle, engagement, performance and people management.
To drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations, grievance handling, engagement and attrition mitigation.
To collaborate with HR COEs, TA, L&D;, OD, ER and HR Shared Services.
Must Have Skills
Excellent communication Skills
Should have minimum 3 years experience in HRBP
Should be open for rotational shifts
