We are looking for an HR Associate with recruitment knowledge. The primary responsibility will be handling recruitment activities along with basic HR operations support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for the recruitment process.
Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
Support attendance and payroll inputs.
Maintain HR MIS and HRMS data.
Skills Required
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Understanding of payroll processes.
MS Excel and HRMS knowledge.
Qualification
HM /MBA / Graduate with HR experience preferred.
