Profile

We're looking for a proactive, good communicator — ideally a recent HR graduate or someone with a genuine interest in HR and Recruitment — who's a fast learner and comfortable taking initiative. This role gives you real, hands-on exposure to how recruitment actually works for niche, SaaS-specific roles in a product-based IT setting, with growing responsibility as you learn.

Candidate and stakeholder coordination in a real, rapid-moving hiring process

Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for niche SaaS/product-based roles
Coordinate candidate communication and interview scheduling end-to-end
Use AI tools to support sourcing and screening
Help evaluate candidates against role requirements
Maintain and update hiring trackers and records
Assist with broader HR operations and engagement events as needed

Requirements
Recent graduate in HR (or related field), or a strong interest in HR/Recruitment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proactive attitude and a quick learner
Comfortable with Google Suite/MS Excel.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Hiring and other job portals
Exposure to AI tools for sourcing/screening (good to have)
