Position: HR Executive – Hospital

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, and hospital support staff.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
Coordinate interviews, joining formalities, and employee induction.
Support payroll inputs, shift schedules, and employee grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee databases and prepare regular HR reports.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing requirements.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.

Skills Required:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, and labour compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work in a quick-paced hospital workplace.
Hospital/Healthcare HR experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
