Manage manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory rules, ESI, PF, minimum wages, and statutory requirements.
Manage employee discipline, grievances, counselling, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Admin teams for manpower requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems.
Conduct employee training, induction, skill development, and engagement activities.
Monitor attrition, absenteeism, manpower cost, and productivity-related HR KPIs.
Maintain proper HR documentation and prepare MIS reports for management.
Support audits, inspections, and overall factory HR compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
