Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and generate leads or sales.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain robust customer relationships.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or internal systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and service team when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (Automobile industry preferred).
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.




Valuable knowledge of data management and CRM handling.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
Self-disciplined, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Flexible and adaptable to work requirements.
Must be comfortable commuting to the office or residing nearby.
