HR Recruiter
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through Indeed, job portals, and databases.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Maintain candidate records and achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
