Position: HR Executive / HR Manager

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, interview, selection, and onboarding processes.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave records.

Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and welfare activities.

Coordinate payroll, performance appraisal, training, and employee development.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.

Support management in workforce planning and HR-related decision-making.

Develop and maintain a positive and qualified workplace culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant HR experience.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Valuable knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Working knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools.

Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
