Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our growing team across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day people management activities.

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the complete HR lifecycle and an prospect to work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source and screen candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring channels.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Assist with maintaining HR records and ensuring documentation is organized and up to date.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Contribute to improving recruitment and HR workflows as the organization grows.
