Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive skilled to strengthen the brand’s digital presence across key social media platforms. This role focuses on content creation, audience engagement, PR coordination, and building a strong and consistent brand image online.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
Conceptualize creative campaigns and reel ideas to improve reach, engagement, and visibility.
Handle community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
Support and manage PR-related digital activities to maintain positive brand communication.
Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and video teams to align on content strategy.




Monitor performance metrics and provide insights-driven suggestions for growth and optimization.
Take ownership of overall social media growth, branding consistency, and audience engagement strategy.

Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content formats and trends.
Hands-on experience in content planning, posting, and community management.
Creative mindset with a robust sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling.
Excellent communication and content writing skills.
Ability to think strategically from a brand and audience perspective, not just a posting approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
