Roles and Responsibilities
Should have knowledge of IPR viz Trade Marks, Copyrights, Design protection.
Should be able to handle registration, examination, and opposition of IPR-related matters with the appearance before TM Authorities
Should have an idea about IBC & Company Law
Positive Legal education background with practical knowledge
Sound knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws, Company Law & IBC laws & Legal systems
Follows policy of no Legal Violations
Positive inter-personal relations across levels
Requirement:
Qualification: Law Graduate
Experience: Freshers are eligible.
