RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute manual and automated testing throughout the product or solution lifecycle.
Conduct tests and analyze results related to ServiceNow integrations and third
party tools.
Report identified anomalies, track root causes, and collaborate with development

teams to resolve issues.
Maintain and optimize test suites based on evolving customizations or

configurations.
Monitor QA performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process quality and efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, documentation,

and communication.
Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure

comprehensive functional coverage.
Stay informed about QA tools and practices to suggest improvements.
