In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating interviews, onboarding new team members, and ensuring a positive employee experience. You'll work closely with different departments to build a strong company culture while supporting day-to-day HR operations and helping Avian grow with the right people.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various positions.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR operations.
Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.
Handle employee queries and promote a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with department heads to fulfill hiring and workforce requirements.
Contribute to building a high-performance and people-first organization.
