Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR and operational activities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Address employee queries and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and operational records.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
Monitor employee attendance and assist with payroll-related activities.
Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is properly updated.
Ensure company policies, rules, and HR procedures are followed.
Support management in implementing HR processes and operational improvements.
Coordinate with employees, vendors, clients, and internal teams whenever required.




Identify operational issues and assist in resolving them efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other HR, administrative, and operational duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and basic HR processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Professional attitude with good employee-handling skills.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
