Payroll & Compliance: Oversee attendance systems, support payroll processing, and ensure strict statutory and labor law compliance.
Employee Lifecycle & Relations: Handle employee onboarding, documentation, grievance handling, and act as a primary point of contact for branch employees.
Process Optimization: Coordinate HR workflows and policies across a large network retail branches
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
