Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Intern to join our Human Resources team in Thane. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates from an HR background who are eager to gain hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR operations, employee records management, and statutory compliance. Internship experience in HR or payroll will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in payroll data collection, verification, and processing.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
Support HR operations and employee documentation activities.
Coordinate with employees for payroll-related queries.
Assist in generating salary reports, payroll statements, and MIS reports.
Ensure employee data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support statutory compliance documentation such as PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding formalities.
Maintain HR databases and employee files.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria




Recent graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources, BMS, BBA, MBA (HR), or related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Internship experience in HR, payroll, or HR operations is preferred.
Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR functions.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Desired Skills
Basic payroll and HR operations knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Good team player with a willingness to learn.
