Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, patient, and creative Kindergarten Teacher to join our vibrant team at Sanskriti School. As a foundation-stage educator, you will be the architect of a child’s first formal learning experiences. Your goal is to foster a love for learning through a blend of structured academics and play-based exploration, all within a nurturing environment that respects individual growth.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement engaging lessons covering early literacy, numeracy, social studies, and science using creative aids and storytelling.
Holistic Development: Foster emotional, social, and physical growth through interactive play, music, arts, and outdoor activities.
Classroom Management: Maintain a secure, clean,



and stimulating classroom workplace that encourages curiosity and discipline.
Observation & Assessment: Track student progress and maintain records to ensure each child is meeting developmental milestones.
Parent Partnership: Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, PTMs, and reports to support the child’s journey at home.
School Culture: Actively participate in school events, workshops, and collaborative planning sessions.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
