We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in running paid digital campaigns. The role focuses on executing, optimizing, and scaling ads across platforms to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads)
Monitor daily performance including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
Optimize budgets to maximize ROI
Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Stay updated with platform and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Robust analytical and optimization skills
Basic understanding of funnels, landing pages, and tracking
Ability to work from the office (Nanpura, Surat)
