HR Recruiter
Location: Trivandrum
Job Type: Full time
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads.
Follow up with candidates and manage the joining process.
Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
Support onboarding and other HR activities.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field.
1–2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sourcing and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to handle multiple vacancies
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
