We are seeking for a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive for Exhibition Department.

Furthermore, you should be comfortable working in a stressful environment and demonstrate excellent sales skills. You should also be maintaining accurate records of all the customers for future reference.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sell booth designing and fabrication at trade shows and exhibitions at Global level.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from previous events
Maintain and update a database of potential attendees
Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
Updating the database with all the customer's information.
Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
Building a robust relationship with the old and existing customers.




Taking and processing customers' orders in a skilled manner.
Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Team Leader.
Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.
Proficient in using computer software and database management tools

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.
2+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
