Key Responsibilities
Assist in procurement of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) for color cosmetics.
Maintain and monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality, and planning teams.
Communicate and follow up with vendors/suppliers for quotations, order status, and deliveries.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) as per requirements.
Track inward deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, invoices, and vendor details.
Support in vendor comparison, negotiation, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
