Role Overview As a Voice Process Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our banking and finance customers. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve queries, and provide information regarding financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via telephone regarding banking products, account status, and financial services.
Problem Solving: Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide right-fit solutions or alternatives.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call center database.
Quality Assurance:



Adhere to communication scripts and banking compliance guidelines to ensure a high level of service.

Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance).
Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹20,000 extra based on your targets and quality scores.
