Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into internal systems, spreadsheets, and software tools
Update and maintain records, databases, and reports
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information
Perform basic administrative and documentation tasks as required

Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Positive typing speed with attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of data handling and confidentiality
Willingness to learn and adapt
