Key Skills & Qualifications:
Robust expertise in HVAC Testing & Commissioning (Mandatory)
Experience in Water & Air Balancing for high-rise buildings
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Chiller Plant Management, and other critical infrastructure systems
Hands-on experience in HVAC system diagnostics and troubleshooting
Familiarity with commissioning software such as CxAlloy, Procore, and Facility Grid (FG)
BCxP certification or working knowledge of building commissioning processes is an added advantage
Robust analytical and technical documentation skills
Candidates should have hands-on commissioning experience with:
Air-Cooled Chillers
Water-Cooled Chillers
Pumps
Fan Wall Units
CRAH Units
VRF/VRV Systems
Ventilation Systems
Fire Fighting Systems
And other HVAC-related equipment
Key Responsibilities:
Execute HVAC Testing & Commissioning activities in compliance with project specifications and industry standards
Perform inspections and testing from L0 to L6 commissioning levels
Coordinate with BMS teams for seamless system integration
Review and finalize technical documentation and commissioning reports
Plan, execute, and document commissioning activities using industry-standard software
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices
