Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar employees such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, drivers, technicians, and other facility management staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, references, walk-ins, and local recruitment.
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
Coordinate candidate selection with site/client teams.
Arrange interviews and joining formalities.
Verify candidate documents and eligibility.
Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Meet monthly manpower and hiring targets.
Coordinate employee onboarding and deployment.
Maintain recruitment records and MIS.
Support bulk hiring for recent and existing client sites.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
