Custom Development: Design and customize complex workflows, forms, and system solutions. API Integration: Integrate OpenText applications with external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Troubleshooting: Handle software infrastructure incident management and resolve complex technical support issues. Core Requirements & Skills Experience: Generally 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText administration or development. Technical Stack: Solid proficiency in Java, XML, SQL databases, and web services (REST/SOAP).
